As a resident of Ingleside at Rock Creek, you will receive first priority in our Health Services Center if your needs increase, or you require short-term rehabilitation or long-term care. Our caring, compassionate, expertly trained staff delivers high-quality health services that are available when you need them, in the comfort and security of your own community.
From short-term rehabilitation to long-term skilled nursing care, you receive the on-site health care support you need, when you need it. All residents of our Health Services Center will enjoy group and individual music therapy, personalized programs focused on bringing residents together for camaraderie and companionship while increasing muscle strength and enhancing mood through singing, movement with music, and instrument play.
Ingleside at Rock Creek also accepts patients from outside of the greater community.

Every member of the Health Services staff at our Medicare-certified Nursing Center strives for excellence, and is dedicated to providing compassionate care that reflects the highest standards in the industry and enriches our residents’ lives.
Our dedicated staff includes registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs), who form one of the most respected skilled nursing teams in Washington, DC.
Prevent onset or slow progression of conditions resulting from injury, disease or physical trauma. Treatment can increase mobility, range of motion and strength, improve endurance and help manage pain. Our physical rehabilitation services also include orthotic fittings of the lower extremities and consulting on appropriate footwear.
Improve and maintain functional independence in the activities of daily living — such as mobility, bathing, dressing, cooking and eating. Our therapists provide services for proper wheelchair seating and in-home safety assessments.
Improve and maintain cognitive communication skills, including orientation, memory, attention, problem solving, reasoning, judgment, safety awareness and executive function, such as planning. Our therapists also address respiratory support for speech, auditory comprehension and oral motor strengthening for eating and swallowing, and provide treatment for voice quality and articulation.
